I rebuilt the entire UX around clarity and guidance:

• Organized the interface to highlight key actions like swap, withdraw, balance tracking, etc.
• Built trust with a clean, minimal design that feels consistent and professional
Through mapping user flows and testing legacy designs, I uncovered key usability issues: long and confusing KYC flows, overwhelming technical language and unclear terminology, excessive screens and lack of guidance.
