About the work
Over the last 6 years, I’ve designed digital learning experiences for over 400,000 employees worldwide. From interactive simulations to video-based training, I focused on creating products that are easy to use, genuinely teach valuable skills and keep people engaged.
My role
As lead designer, I managed both design and production – collaborating with developers, editors, copywriters and clients to keep user needs, timelines, and business goals in sync. Alongside leading the team, I also designed key products and interfaces myself.
Designed an internal AI training platform for a global workforce of 150,000.

Reimagined Excel training as a city-building game.
